If you love rallying a crew, training rockstars, crushing production goals, and celebrating wins with monthly bonuses on top of a solid $18/hour , this opportunity is calling your name. This is a frontline role, working with the team directly on the floor to ensure safe, efficient, productive daily operations. This role will be responsible for a Second Shift (Monday-Friday, 3:30pm – 12:00am , occasional overtime) team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a second shift team.
• Work side-by-side with the team to meet daily production goals.
• Promote a culture of safety by adhering to processes, conducting safety talks, and coaching appropriate behavior.
• Train new hires and coach team members.
• Direct assignments, monitor workflow, and keep operations running smoothly.
• Operate and oversee equipment, including cherry pickers.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous lead or supervisory experience in an industrial or warehouse setting.
• Experience operating or supervising use of cherry pickers.
• Reliable, hands-on leader.
• Commitment to a second shift environment.
• Strong safety-first mindset
