We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Digital Marketing Manager in driving measurable performance across our digital channels. This is a hands-on technical role focused on analytics, automation, web tracking, and optimization.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will help implement and maintain marketing technologies, optimize lead attribution, ensure data accuracy, and improve our digital campaign performance. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing manager, external vendors, and internal teams to keep our digital ecosystem running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools for accurate tracking and campaign performance analysis
  • Maintain and optimize marketing technology integrations between advertising platforms, CRM, and web forms to ensure accurate data flow and lead attribution
  • Implement and troubleshoot marketing automation and data workflows, improving the efficiency and reliability of campaign reporting
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to refine conversion tracking, analyze results, and support continuous optimization
  • Assist in developing and executing technical SEO strategies, including site audits, structured data, and schema implementation
  • Support cookie compliance and user consent management
  • Participate in A/B testing, CRO initiatives, and data-driven decision making
  • Provide insights and technical support for marketing campaigns, website updates, and analytics dashboards
  • Stay current with evolving web analytics, ad tech, and SEO trends

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or analytics
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and GA4
  • Experience managing digital marketing integrations and tracking tools such as call tracking, workflow automation, and behavioral analytics systems
  • Familiarity with social and programmatic advertising
  • Firm grasp of lead attribution models and data integrity
  • Technical SEO knowledge — site audits, metadata, crawl optimization, structured data
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate technical information clearly
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or light web development
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
  • Understanding of cookie consent, GDPR, and privacy compliance best practices
  • Prior experience in home services, accessibility, or B2C service industries a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 (plus bonus)
