Job Description & RequirementsPCU: Cardiac Progressive Care Stepdown Tele/Surgical Focus. Must be willing to float to like units. Manager willing to review candidates with no A-Line experience that have OH (CABG) experience Post-Op, Day 1. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. \n\nRequirements: \n•\t2 years’ experience, 1 year in unit experience required \n•\tAHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required, PCCN preferred; NIHSS required prior to start \n•\tMust have large trauma level 1 experience in the last year \n•\tEpic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable \n•\tCardiothoracic, vascular experience required \n•\tMust have post-op 1 day hearts open/closed experience to submit \n•\tCardiac experience required\n\nAdditional Information: \n•\tMonday to Sunday \n•\tBi-weekly Orientations on Monday \n•\tNo block schedules for any reason \n•\tPlease ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained \n•\tThis facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit \n\nDisclaimers: \n•\tPublic Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended \n•\tVehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April. \n\n440602
