JLL is seeking a Real Estate Consultant to join their Public Institutions (PI) group supporting the Air Force Portfolio Management team. The role involves oversight of the Air Force’s $15 billion portfolio of Public-Private Partnership (P3) assets and working directly with the Air Force Civil Engineering Center’s Military Housing Privatization Initiative program management. Responsibilities include advising JLL team leads and DOD clients on large-scale P3 projects, supporting recurring client reports such as quarterly asset performance and compliance reports, providing ad hoc support including drafting technical memos and financial analysis, gathering and evaluating economic, demographic, and real estate market data, reviewing legal documents and financial reports, participating in on-site property assessments, assisting in client training sessions, and maintaining financial databases and document management websites. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, public policy or related field preferred, 2-4 years of work experience preferred, knowledge of real estate operations and property management preferred, advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong communication skills, basic real estate finance knowledge, problem-solving ability, multitasking skills, and willingness to travel nationally about 25% of the time. The position is on-site in San Antonio, TX.
