Our Dallas-based Saas client is seeking a Lead Python Software Engineer to join their growing engineering team in Addison, TX. This full-time, hybrid role supports their enterprise-scale analytics platform, built with Python / Django and React. You’ll work on modern microservices architecture hosted in Azure and help design the next generation of forward-looking analytics tools.

\n Required Skills & Experience \n

• 6 + years of software engineering experience with Python / Django
• Expertise building and maintaining microservices architecture
• Solid experience with REST APIs and React-based front ends
• Strong understanding of authentication / authorization (Keycloak or similar)
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and drive technical discussions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience leading small engineering teams or mentoring developers
• Background working on analytics or forecasting platforms
• Prior exposure to DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines
• Comfortable engaging with enterprise or government clients

• 70 % Hands-On Coding and Feature Development
• 20% Team Leadership / Mentorship / Planning Sessions
• 10 % Client Interaction and Requirements Gathering

\n The Offer

• Base Salary: $130,000 – $170,000
• Bonus eligible
