A software company that leverages AI-powered solutions to optimize customer experience is hiring for Senior and Staff Full Stack Product Engineers. They focus on optimized IVR navigation and real-time customer-agent interactions through AI and machine learning. This is a full-time position with a flexible 3-day in-person hybrid schedule.

\n Required Skills & Experience \n

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
• 7+ years of software development experience
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Backend development using Java + Spring and Python
  • LangGraph, LangChain, MCP
  • LLMs (RAG, fine-tuning, and scalable deployment)
• Foundation in data modeling and databases

\n Desired Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with AWS EKS and deploying Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Redis and Postgres
\n

• Proven leadership and mentoring experience
• Strong Communications skills and ability to translate technical concepts for cross-functional teams

• Stay updated on emerging AI tools
• Mentor and lead junior developers using engineering best practices
