Overview:

• $14 an hour starting rate

What you'll do as: Order Selector

• Walking 10-20 miles a day
• Work in a fast-paced environment and hitting quotas
• Picking and packing orders for shipment
• Using an RF scanner
• Follow directions from supervisors and leads
• Abide to all rules and regulations on a daily basis

Skills and Experience:

The preferred candidate might:

• Experience in fast-paced work environments
• Experience in non-climate controlled settings
• Experience with RF scanner
• Experience in order picking and packing
• Ability to speak both English and Spanish
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs consistently throughout the day
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work as a team and independently
• Ability to stay on your feet and walk up to 20 miles a day
• Ability to stay positive at all times and work well under pressure
