• Location: Worcester, MA 01605 (Central Massachusetts healthcare jobs)\n
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks\n
• Start Date: December 16, 2025\n
• End Date: March 17, 2026\n
• Setting: Critical Care Float Pool (ICU, CCU, MICU, SICU)\n
• Shift: 12-hour nights (18:45 – 07:15), 3 shifts/week\n
• Hours per Week: 36\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2360–$2420\n
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse, On-Site\n
• Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and every other holiday required\n

\n\nICU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Massachusetts RN license in hand (required for Massachusetts nursing jobs)\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience (critical care nurse)\n
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)\n
• EPIC charting experience preferred\n
• Ability to float to multiple critical care units (ICU, CCU, MICU, SICU)\n
• Completion of all compliance and orientation requirements prior to start\n
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)\n
• Pass/fail Telemetry exam during orientation (passing score: 80%)\n

\n\nICU RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a float pool setting\n
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans with the healthcare team\n
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs; respond to changes in patient condition\n
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed\n
• Accurately document all patient care activities in the electronic health record (EPIC preferred)\n
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members\n
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols in all clinical settings\n
• Participate in orientation, required modules, and ongoing nursing education\n
• Fulfill any required make-up shifts at the end of the assignment\n
