We are a Miami Lakes-based agency seeking a highly creative Social Media & Influencer Marketing Lead for a hybrid role. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to rapidly advance, take on leadership and mentorship responsibilities, and help shape the future of our agency’s digital presence.

The Role:

• Hybrid Position: Work part-time from our Miami Lakes office and part-time remotely.
• Leadership Track: Step into a role designed for quick advancement. You’ll have the chance to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and take on increasing responsibility as our agency grows.
• Creative Ownership: Drive content strategy and execution for agency-owned brands, our social channels, and client accounts. You’ll also play a key role in pitching new business and selling your creative ideas to clients.
• Influencer Focus: Build and activate influencer partnerships, manage campaigns, and stay ahead of social trends to deliver impactful results.
• Content Creation: Be hands-on with cameras and video—concept, shoot, and edit dynamic content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
• Autonomy & Problem-Solving: We want someone who thrives independently, has a proven track record of solving complex challenges, and doesn’t need constant oversight.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in social media and influencer marketing, ideally in an agency environment.
• Strong creative and visual skills—comfortable behind and in front of the camera.
• Ability to pitch and present ideas to clients with confidence and clarity.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, figure things out, and articulate how you’ve solved tough problems in the past.
• Eagerness to mentor others and grow into a leadership role.
• Entrepreneurial creativity - driven to go beyond the established path and help us create ideas, products and solutions that test what's possible in today's consumer environment.
