Job Title: Shipper Receiver (Forklift Operator)
Location: , ON
Pay Rate: $19
Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary-to-Permanent Opportunity

We are currently hiring  Shipper Receiver (Forklift - Counterbalance)for one of our clients to work in their  Vaughan Location for morning shifts .

The work will include handling pipe, working outside, using an RF scan gun (speaking, understanding, and reading English as our RF scan guns are in English), some work on the counterbalance forklift, and will be trained on a combi forklift soon after starting, flexible with overtime.

Job Duties:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments (materials, supplies, and products).
• Verify packing slips, bills of lading, and purchase orders for accuracy.
• Record and update shipment details in the warehouse management system (WMS) or inventory software.
• Report and document discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods.
• Label and tag received items before storing in designated locations.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment to move goods safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the receiving area.
• Collaborate with purchasing, inventory, and warehouse teams to resolve receiving issues.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience within an inventory control or receiving position
• Must have experience using RF Scanners
• Must have valid counterbalance license
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment;
• A high degree of attention to detail; organized and has demonstrated the ability to multi-task;
• Effective interpersonal skills, communication skills (verbal and written);
• Demonstrated ability to perform all duties in a safe/timely manner;
• Able to work 8-9 hour shift

Regular Shift Time: 7am to 3pm (Overtime as required)

Must have a License for Forklift Machines:

• Counterbalance Operator
