Your Mission: As BuildOn Technologies' Data Designer, you'll lead the design, transformation, and delivery of customer data into our platform-making sure it's not only accurate, but usable, scalable, and efficient. You'll play a key role during onboarding, training team members on data processes, and ensuring customers are set up for long-term success.
You won't just be building spreadsheets-you'll be building systems.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing: - Own the technical data process during customer onboarding-from first contact to go-live
- Translate messy real-world customer data into clean, usable formats for use in our applications
- Partner with customers to deeply understand their catalog, workflows, and business needs
- Build automation using data transformation tools to manage large, complex datasets
- Document, optimize, and improve ongoing data maintenance processes
- Train other internal team members to understand and manage customer-specific data processes
