What Youll Be Working On

• Architect and lead the development of sophisticated, customerfacing features that delight our users and drive business impact
• Mentor and guide engineers across the organization, elevating team capabilities through code reviews, technical design reviews, and knowledge sharing
• Drive technical strategy and make critical architectural decisions that shape the future of our platform
• Collaborate with engineering leadership and crossfunctional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Champion engineering excellence through best practices, testing strategies, and system reliability improvements
• Lead technical initiatives from conception to production, ensuring highquality delivery and measurable outcomes
• Optimize performance and scalability of critical systems serving global brands and millions of creators

Monitoring: Datadog, Rollbar, Google Error Monitoring
Tooling: GitHub, Jira, VS Code, Cursor, Storybook, Auth0
AI agentic coding encouraged and supported

What Were Looking For

• 10+ years experience building and shipping exceptional web applications at scale
• Deep expertise in both frontend and backend development, with proven ability to work across the full stack
• Strong architectural skills with experience designing and implementing complex, distributed systems
• Proven track record of technical leadership, including mentoring engineers and driving technical initiatives
• Excellence in system design, including APIs, microservices, database architecture, and performance optimization
• Strong problemsolving abilities and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences
• Ownership mindset with demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to production
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Experience with production systems at scale, including monitoring, debugging, and incident response

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience leading or architecting mobilefriendly PWAs or React Native applications
• Deep knowledge of analytics tools, CRM systems, or marketing tech
• Interest in digital marketing, social media, ecommerce, or content creation

Compensation

The base salary for this role is between $200,000240,000. This role will not be eligible for bonuses. The final offer amount will depend on experience, location, and other factors, and may differ from the range above. This range excludes additional benefits such as equity, 401(k), and medical, dental or vision insurance.
