Remote Blockchain Attorney Position With Innovative and Highly Regarded Mid-Sized National Law Firm
Highly regarded and innovative law firm founded by attorneys previously from BIGLAW seek to hire a corporate senior associate to work on a variety of matters including M&A, corporate transactions, business counseling, corporate finance and technology transactions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with many "New Technology" clients such as those in blockchain, cryptocurrency, cannabis, artificial intelligence and also conventional companies.
The firm is national and has chosen to conduct operation remotely, so the hired attorney can work remotely anywhere in the nation.
Qualified candidates must have 5-8 years of corporate counseling or corporate transactional experience from a well-regarded law firm and MUST have significant experience handling blockchain issues, and ideally strong knowledge of non-fungible tokens. The ideal candidate will be able to run transactions with moderate to light supervision.
The hired candidate will have immediate client contact on a daily basis.
