Real Estate Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze KPIs across all properties (occupancy, delinquency, NOI, etc.)
• Identify trends and recommend operational improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Compile and present reports to senior leadership and asset managers
• Support due diligence for new property acquisitions and transitions
• Help implement and monitor operational procedures and best practices
• Collaborate with property managers and support teams to troubleshoot operational challenges
• Maintain dashboards and operational tools to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Conduct market research to inform pricing, leasing strategies, and operating decisions
• Support software rollouts and system upgrades through data validation and testing
• Identify opportunities to automate routine reports and streamline manual processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, or a similar role (property management or real estate preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Entrata) is a plus

$70,000 - $80,000 a year
