Responsibilities: Cultivate enduring client relationships Oversee transportation requirements for clients Engage in freight rate negotiations to drive sustained growth Monitor and manage client transportation needs Collaborate with a dedicated team to streamline processes Conduct frequent client service calls Qualifications: Results-oriented team player Exceptional oral and written communication skills Driven by a passion for success Exhibits a strong sense of urgency and purpose Adaptable to evolving scenarios Forward-thinking problem-solver Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred Previous sales or management experience advantageous Proficiency in Spanish a plus!
