Located in Spencer, IN
Salary: $16.00 / hr- $18.40 / hr
Job Summary: - Assemble, package, and label complete sets and products within the production flow
- Follow written specifications and manufacturing instructions to assemble and inspect various medical devices
- Pull and adhere to written packaging specifications outlining product components and required materials
- Complete quality work at department-established production rates
- Appropriately handle and report non-conformances
- Hand-assemble boxes and identify components by catalog description
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all work performed
- Report quality concerns or issues to the appropriate leadership team
- Possibly used tools such as razor blades, hole punch, and table top grinders, calipers, pin gauges, meter stick, meter scales, micrometer, and various test equipment. Microscope or magnification in the inspection or assembly process
- Perform other duties as assigned

Pay: $16.00 / hr- $18.40 / hr
Schedule :
1st- 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM Monday- Friday
2nd- 4:00 PM- 12:30 AM Monday- Friday
Weekend -6:00am-6:30pm Fri., Sat., Sunday
2nd shift and Weekend shift may be required to train on first shift Monday-Friday for the first few weeks depending on the department they place them in.
Qualifications: - Hand eye coordination
- Subject to vision screening
- Frequent repetitive motion
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to be on your feet or sitting for the entirety of the shift
- Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, pinch, pull, manipulate, or assemble very small objects
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Must comply with quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
- Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations
