Type of Position: Full time

Location: Primarily work from home, but one day a week in the office for a weekly meeting

Pay: $80k - $130K

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Leader to drive growth through paid media, digital acquisition, and performance strategy. This role will lead omni-channel paid marketing efforts including SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing, SEO, and CTV/OTT, with a data-driven and cross-functional mindset. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in digital performance across both DTC and retail channels, and experience managing in-house teams and agency partnerships at scale.

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Lead and scale all performance marketing channels: Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social, Affiliate, Display, SEO, and emerging platforms (e.g., CTV/OTT).
  • Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and revenue growth across online and offline channels.
  • Forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across paid channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (agencies, platforms) to ensure alignment with brand and performance goals.
  • Support SEO strategy and integrate performance insights into organic growth initiatives.
  • Manage marketing performance dashboards and translate data into actionable insights for executive leadership.
  • Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to a growing performance marketing team.
  • Lead cross-functional projects with product, analytics, and creative teams to support omnichannel campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and emerging acquisition channels.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in digital and performance marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or position.
  • Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar performance budgets across SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate, SEO.
  • Experience in both agency management and in-house team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of attribution modeling, analytics, A/B testing, and ROI optimization.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and reporting to senior executives.
  • Proficient with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and affiliate networks.
