JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Outside Claims Adjuster to provide field adjusting and appraisal services within a designated territory. In this role, you will inspect vehicles, meet with customers, witnesses, and body shops to resolve physical damage claims efficiently and accurately. You will also occasionally conduct investigations to support claim resolution. This position requires strong interpersonal, adjusting, negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently. The selected candidate will be hired as a temporary employee with potential for promotion to full-time employee with benefits upon meeting the expectations of the position.
