Now Hiring: Entry-Level Medical Receptionist
Location: Onsite
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay: $22–$27/hour DOE
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Medical Receptionist to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in the medical field while working in a supportive and professional environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
Knowledge of medical terminology (required)
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone with professionalism and compassion
Schedule and confirm appointments, manage patient check-ins and check-outs
Verify insurance information and update patient records
Handle incoming calls, patient inquiries, and administrative tasks
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all patient interactions and documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
Knowledge of medical terminology (required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Proficient with computers and electronic medical records (EMR/EHR systems preferred)
