We are a busy and growing  Ophthalmology/Optometry practice that has proudly served the Valley for over 40 years. Our mission is to provide  exceptional, patient-centered care with a focus on quality, compassion, and service. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated  Office Manager to lead our Goodyear location.

About the Role:

This is a  hands-on “working manager”position. You will be expected to learn all aspects of the business and support or assist in various departments throughout the day. The right candidate will be a team leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is committed to providing outstanding care and service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the office to ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, train, and support staff across multiple departments
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any concerns
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
• Collaborate with leadership to meet business goals and compliance standards
• Be present and actively engaged in the daily workflow and patient experience

Qualifications:

• Previous management experience (healthcare or medical office preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and problem-solver
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
