Manager of Product Education Engineering – HashiCorp Lead a team of 4‑6 Education Engineers and Technical Writers to build online tutorials, documentation and interactive labs that help practitioners understand and use HashiCorp Terraform, Packer, Vagrant, Waypoint and Sentinel. Responsibilities Manage the creation, review and publishing of written documents, tutorials, videos, diagrams, code samples and in‑browser interactive labs for the HashiCorp Infrastructure Product Line. Shape content strategy based on educational best practices, adult learning theory, content analytics and corporate priorities. Deliver instructor‑led training at company conferences and support the creation and maintenance of certification exams as product SMEs. Collaborate with the developer portal team to improve the user experience and remove organizational barriers to cross‑team collaboration. Qualifications 2+ years managing technical teams, with a proven ability to lead people, build systems and deliver high quality content. Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience building public, step‑by‑step tutorials, demos, labs or other online content. Hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP or another provider) and a solid understanding of DevOps practices. Experience with product information architecture, analytics‑driven content improvement and instructional design.
