The Room Attendant plays a vital role in upholding the resort's reputation for excellence. This position requires a strong eye for detail, a commitment to sustainability, and an understanding that true luxury lies in thoughtful, genuine care for both our guests and our environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, public areas, and colleague or office spaces according to Forbes and Hyatt luxury standards.
• Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are fully stocked, organized, and presented to brand expectations.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every area feels fresh, welcoming, and flawlessly prepared.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
• Greet guests in a warm and professional manner, responding to requests with efficiency and care.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments-including Front Office, Engineering, and Guest Experience-to ensure seamless service.
• Support Ventana's sustainability initiatives by following eco-conscious cleaning methods, recycling protocols, and waste-reduction practices.
• Uphold confidentiality, safety, and guest privacy standards at all times.

Compensation & Schedule

• Base Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour, depending on experience
• Service Charge: Average additional earnings of $7-$9 per hour, bringing projected total compensation to approximately $28-$30 per hour
• Gas Stipend: $15 per day for qualified colleagues
• Schedule: Full-time position; weekend and holiday availability required, typical shift time 9 am - 5 pm (subject to change based on needs)
