DESCRIPTION: Onset Technologies is looking for a Kronos Techno-Functional Analyst in the NYC (Lower Manhattan area). Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business, or equivalent experience. Implementation and configuration of the infrastructure for the data integration hub. Design, development, and implementation (DD&I) of the data integration hub using an agile methodology for all standard SDLC phases, including: Validation of performance metric requirements. Creation of Epics/User Stories/Tasks. Automation of data acquisition from various data sources. Development of complex SQL scripts. Testing – integration, load, and stress testing. Deployment and publication internally and externally. Operations support and enhancement of the data integration hub. Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with business and IT stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for the UKG Pro WFM upgrade. Requirement Analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Test Script Design and Development: Develop and manage test scripts using the designated testing tools to ensure comprehensive coverage of business scenarios. Experience in implementing and configuring Kronos Workforce Central Suite and Kronos ProWFM. Experience in configuring Kronos Workforce Timekeeper; knowledge of Activities, Mobile, Analytics, and other Workforce Central modules is a plus. Knowledge of the full project lifecycle, including gathering detailed requirements, designing, and building solutions for clients. Excellent client interaction and communication skills. Data extraction from WFC, cleansing, reformatting as per latest configuration, and upload into ProWFM. Willingness to learn SI tools and accelerators. Willing to travel to customer locations as needed. Team Leadership: Lead a team of Kronos analysts in testing and validating system configurations and integrations. Integration Oversight: Work with system integrators and PMO to ensure successful integration with PeopleSoft and legacy systems using Kronos Boomi middleware. Configuration Validation: Ensure accurate configuration and validation of pay rules, CBAs, payroll processing, and pay rates in PeopleSoft. Project Coordination: Coordinate with the MTA Program Manager to align project objectives and timelines. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Analyst Lead with Kronos or UKG Pro WFM implementations. Strong stakeholder management skills and collaborative working abilities. Experience in developing test scripts and leading testing efforts. Familiarity with Kronos Boomi and middleware tools. Knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS and its integration with WFM systems. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Skills: 7-10 years of experience in UKG Pro WFM, Kronos, Kronos WFC, PeopleSoft HRMS, SQL, Boomi Interfaces. Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Effective communication skills for diverse audiences. Attention to detail. Hands-on approach and willingness to dive deep when needed. Ability to work independently and in teams. Excellent problem-solving and judgment skills. Comfortable handling risk and uncertainty. Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
