We're a small but mighty independent insurance agency in Memphis looking to add two new team members to our 5-person crew! If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and love being part of a supportive team (with office dogs 🐶), this is your chance to shine.
Build genuine relationships with clients and represent our agency with professionalism and care.
Manage and rewrite policies with 15-20 different carriers.
Follow up on provided leads only (yep, no cold calling here 🙌).
Keep everything documented and organized to meet E&O standards.
Multitask like a pro - think 20+ tabs open and thriving.

Insurance license (preferred - but if you don't have one, we'll help you get it).

Competitive base salary ($45,000-$65,000 DOE) .
Generous commissions + quarterly bonuses.
50% share of life insurance policy commissions .
401(k) with 3% match.
