Position: Hair Transplant Sales Consultant

Reports To: Practice Manager/VP of Sales

Location: Los Altos, CA

Overview

The Hair Transplant Sales Consultant is responsible for educating prospective patients about hair restoration options, building trust through consultative sales, and guiding patients from their initial inquiry through to booking their procedure. This role requires strong communication skills, aesthetic industry knowledge, and a proven ability to close sales in a medical or cosmetic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-office and virtual consultations with prospective patients to discuss hair transplant procedures, benefits, expected outcomes, and pricing.
• Educate patients on available techniques (Artas Robot, FUE, FUT, andPRP injections) and set realistic expectations in alignment with physician recommendations.
• Build rapport and trust by listening to patients concerns, answering questions, and providing personalized treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experience and accurate medical guidance.
• Prepare and present treatment plans, financing options, and membership packages.
• Consistently follow up with prospective patients via phone, email, and text to maximize conversion.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, consultations, and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals while upholding the highest standard of patient care.
• Represent the practice in a professional and empathetic manner, supporting brand reputation and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, or elective healthcare sales (required).
• Strong track record in consultative or high-ticket sales.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and discretion.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable with CRM systems, patient scheduling software, and financing platforms.
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a medical environment.

Performance Metrics

• Monthly and quarterly sales conversion rates.
• Patient retention and satisfaction scores.
• Revenue generated from consultations and booked procedures.
• Follow-up and lead response time compliance.
