About the Role:

Tivolisworld LLC is seeking a committed and experienced   Housing Manager   to oversee the day-to-day operations of our group homes, veteran housing, and rehabilitation residences. This role is central to ensuring residents receive quality care, staff operate efficiently, and all housing facilities remain compliant with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise residential staff and provide direction to ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents.
  
• Manage housing operations including scheduling, supplies, maintenance coordination, and vendor relationships.
  
• Ensure adherence to all housing-related regulations and health/safety standards.
  
• Address resident concerns promptly and with empathy, fostering a positive living environment.
  
• Collaborate with case managers, social workers, and external partners to coordinate resident services and support.
  
• Train and evaluate staff performance; ensure ongoing professional development.
  
• Monitor housing budgets and resource usage; provide input on operational improvements.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain facility standards.
  
• Assist with new resident intake and orientation processes.
  

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
  
• 2–4 years of experience in residential or supportive housing operations.
  
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  
• Working knowledge of housing laws, safety compliance, and supportive care best practices.
  
• Ability to handle crises calmly and effectively.
  
• Valid driver’s license and background clearance required.
