Title: Associate Dentist- Private Practice

Location: Mount Carmel, IL

Status: Full Time (4-5 days per week)

Pay: $200,000-$350,000

Clinical Expectations:

• Perform all basic dental procedures.
  
  
• Confidently develop and execute quadrant-based treatment plans.
  
  
• Collaborate on implant cases with the owner doctor.
  
  
• Work independently with complete autonomy, supported, not micromanaged.
  
  

About the Practice:
This is a second-generation practice with over 40 years of experience in the community and a proven track record of growth. Following a 2023 merger, we’re now operating from a modern, tech-enabled space with eight ops and over 4,000 active patients. We average 27+ new patients per month and are on track to collect over $2M this year. No micromanagement here, just a thoughtfully designed setup where you’ll have your own dedicated space, including two operatories, a lab, sterilization, and shared hygienists. You’ll enjoy the freedom to treat patients independently and grow your skill set, all while having seamless access to mentorship when you need it. The culture is low-drama, high-efficiency, and centered on continual clinical growth. You’ll be working alongside a doctor who understands the needs of both new and seasoned dentists, and who’s committed to building confidence through hands-on, supportive guidance.
