At Powell Wellness Center , we are more than just a gym – we are a community-focused wellness center dedicated to improving lives. As a Fitness Support Specialist , you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for our members and guests.

• Support & Educate – Guide members on proper exercise form, equipment use, and safety protocols.
• Engage & Motivate – Build relationships with members, providing encouragement and assistance as needed.
• Stay Informed – Maintain knowledge of classes, programs, and events to help members get the most from their experience.
• Monitor & Maintain – Ensure a clean, safe fitness floor while keeping an eye on members’ well-being.
• Respond & Assist – Answer member questions, provide follow-ups, and monitor basic vitals like blood pressure and pulse.

• Education & Certification – High school diploma or equivalent; CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Experience – Preferably one year in a fitness or customer service-related setting.
• Skills – Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace, and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
