About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team and support system automation, data analysis, and business process improvement initiatives. This is an on-site role based in [Westport, CT] . Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our office; relocation assistance is not available.

This position is ideal for someone with early-career experience in data, operations, or supply chain who is eager to build hands-on skills in automation and emerging technologies, including AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Support automation projects within NetSuite and other internal systems (training provided).
• Analyze data sets to create reports and dashboards for various departments.
• Work with business teams to scope automation opportunities and improve workflows.
• Participate in AI initiatives, including testing and validating partner-built solutions.
• Assist the Supply Chain team with inventory management, demand planning, and pricing tasks.
• Contribute to ad hoc operational and process improvement projects.
• Document processes, maintain reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of professional experience in data analysis, automation, supply chain, or operations (internships and co-ops count).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data.
• Proficient with Excel; familiarity with reporting tools, or scripting languages is a plus.
• Quick learner with the ability to pick up new systems and technologies.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to work across technical and business teams.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies a plus; supply chain knowledge a bonus.
