About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to serve as a strategic partner and operational leader within the Marketing organization. This leadership role is pivotal in driving clarity, alignment, and execution, with a focus on making the Marketing team run more efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, and communications, and ensuring operational excellence by managing the team's budget, workflows, and key initiatives. The Chief of Staff will also play a key role in leadership enablement, serving as a thought partner to the CMO, and acting as a connector across Marketing sub-functions and cross-functional partners. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a proven track record in strategic planning, communications, and operational management, ideally within a Marketing or corporate strategy environment. The role requires exceptional writing and presentation skills, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will be a trusted collaborator with executive presence, capable of influencing and driving strategic initiatives forward. Skills in data gathering, analysis, decision-making, and market research are essential, as is the ability to contribute to tactical and strategic planning in support of the overall business plan.
