Primary Objective: We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced NetSuite Administrator to manage, optimize, and extend our NetSuite platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a successful integration of NetSuite with other critical business systems, requiring expertise in troubleshooting platforms like Celigo and MuleSoft. The candidate must possess excellent listening and communication skills to accurately interpret stakeholder requirements. The candidate will be responsible for meticulous documentation of their development progress and ticket management across Jira and ConnectWise.

Responsibilities


  • Expert?Level Development & Configuration: Independently design, develop, and implement complex custom fields, workflows, and accurately edit/adjust existing SuiteScripts (SuiteScript 1.0/2.x).
  • Architecture & Strategy: Apply extensive NetSuite knowledge to recommend and implement best practices for system architecture, security, and performance.
  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Serve as a source for complex integration issues. Proactively monitor, identify, and independently resolve integration errors within platforms such as Celigo and MuleSoft.
  • Integration Oversight: Design, implement, and maintain seamless integrations between NetSuite and various critical third?party systems.
  • Documentation & Process Management: Maintain meticulous documentation in Jira and ConnectWise, manage ticket lifecycle, and translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications.


Requirements
  • NetSuite Expertise: Minimum of four years of progressive experience in NetSuite Administration, Configuration, and Development.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Minimum of two years of experience in Salesforce Administration, Configuration or Development.
  • iPaaS Experience: Proven ability to monitor, diagnose, develop and resolve complex integration errors using Celigo, Boomi, and/or MuleSoft.
  • ERP/System Architecture: Deep technical knowledge of core NetSuite modules and best practices for connecting an ERP to external applications.
  • Ticket Management: Expert proficiency in ConnectWise and Jira ticket resolution and documentation.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and engage in active listening for accurate requirements gathering.
  • Technical Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex technical issues to non?technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related quantitative field.


Preferred Qualifications
  • MuleSoft Development: Hands?on experience developing or configuring integration flows in the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Certifications: NetSuite Administrator, SuiteCloud Developer, Celigo, or MuleSoft certifications.
