The Service Department Scheduler / Coordinator plays a key role in growing our service business by managing inbound calls, making outbound follow-up calls, and setting clear, specific appointments for our service departments across multiple locations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
Handle a high volume of inbound calls to schedule service appointments for multiple locations
Ask strategic questions to determine which service department can best serve each guest
Make outbound calls to:
New prospective customers
Existing customers for service reminders and follow-ups
Professionally overcome objections and guide guests toward scheduling a visit
Recommend appropriate services based on the guest’s needs and vehicle condition
Confirm scheduled appointments to improve show rates
Compose professional emails to current and potential customers
Verify and update customer contact information on every call
Use multiple computer systems and screens simultaneously to document and manage appointments

Previous customer service experience preferred
Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required
High level of professionalism in all interactions

Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a drive to achieve results
Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required
