What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Drive sales of litigation support services, including Electronic Data Discovery and Managed Review, in your assigned territory
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying new upselling opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales Management to align strategies and meet revenue targets
• Conduct sales calls, customer meetings, and presentations to potential clients
• Manage existing client relationships while ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Proven track record of success in selling within the litigation support/eDiscovery market
• Ability to present a sales brag book showcasing achievements in quotas and client satisfaction
• Strong connections and influence within the eDiscovery market
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical details confidently
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in account management and client relationship development
• Familiarity with various litigation support technologies and services
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market trends
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
