We’re hiring Open House Tour Consultants to serve as the welcoming host for scheduled open house tours at our Dallas-area venues. This role is client-facing and hospitality-driven — focusing on exceptional experience, sharing, and showing our glam-garden themes spaces to clients.

Role Details

• Position: Open House Tour Consultant
• Pay: $20/hr (Hourly Only — no commission or bonus)
• Schedule: ~11 -16 hours per week
• • Wednesdays and/or or Thursday evenings: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Sundays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (only when no event is booked)
• Locations: You will be dedicated and assigned to 1-2 of our venues closest to your home
• Role Type: Part-Time, On-Site

What You’ll Do

As the Open House Tour Consultant, you will:

✔️ Welcome prospective clients with warmth and professionalism
✔ Host open house tours and guide guests through Blush spaces
✔ Answer general questions using approved materials and FAQs
✔ Provide brochures and informational packets
✔ Offer light refreshments (champagne + snacks) to create a welcoming atmosphere
✔ Send templated proposals — no customization or sales negotiations
✔ Direct interested guests to schedule decor consultations with our Client Experience team
✔ Ensure the venue is tour-ready before each open house block

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who is:

Warm, polished, and personable
Comfortable presenting and guiding small groups
Professional, poised, and punctual
Experienced in customer-facing roles (showroom, hospitality, retail, real estate, bridal preferred)
Comfortable following scripts, FAQs, and structured processes

If you enjoy engaging guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and representing a beautiful brand — this role is for you.

This role blends hospitality, presentation, and structure — similar to a bridal showroom consultant or real estate open house host.
