Warehouse Associate Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in our warehouse. This role involves receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Objectives of this Role - Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and shipment of products
- Maintain inventory integrity through proper documentation and handling
- Support a safe and organized warehouse environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Key Responsibilities - Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits
- Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Required Skills and Qualifications - Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 80 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a secure work environment
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Experience in flooring, construction, or distribution industries
