Position Summary:
GoldenTech is seeking a skilled and reliable VTC Support Specialist to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Video Network Center (VNC). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the operational readiness and sustainment of DHA's video and communication infrastructure across CONUS and OCONUS locations. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot incoming communications and support tickets via ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and phone. Provide operational support for DHA-managed video and communication platforms, including troubleshooting, site testing, and assisting with endpoint connectivity. Maintain working status and interface with vendors to support the following technologies:
Cisco CUCM, Finesse, Jabber, VCS, UCS
Windows Server 2016/2019
Active Directory
Pexip Infinity Platform
Amazon AWS
Dell ESXi & VMware vSphere
Vyopta, T-metrics, RightFax
HP/Poly endpoints
Assist MTFs/sites with connectivity requests to the enclave and ensure smooth integration.
Support video/audio endpoint communication and DHA’s VHI/VH/TH/TBH programs across multiple platforms and networks. Required Qualifications:
General networking experience and understanding of communication infrastructure
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across various systems and platforms
Ability to manage multiple communications channels and resolve issues efficiently
Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills Certifications (Required):
IAT Level II (e.g., CompTIA Security+)
Environmental Certification
CLTECH or CCNA
