About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Third-Party Risk Management to lead its enterprise-wide efforts in this critical area. The successful candidate will be a strategic and dynamic leader, responsible for shaping and influencing the TPRM strategy across various functions and business areas. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor on business and risk activities, executing governance and reporting requirements, and staying abreast of best practices in TPRM. The VP will also lead an international team, engage with key stakeholders, and ensure a proactive approach to managing risks associated with third-party relationships. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in enterprise risk, third-party risk, or related risk management within financial services or fintech. A BA/BS degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred. The role demands a leader with a strong understanding of regulatory expectations, experience in executive and board-level risk reporting, and a proven track record in team leadership and development. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader in the industry, passionate about driving innovation in enterprise risk practices, and adept at navigating complex risk scenarios. Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills are essential, as is a results-oriented, integrity-driven, and solution-oriented approach to risk management.
