This role is ideal for someone who understands how words guide users and can balance brand voice with usability best practices. Residency in MN is required. The Role: You’ll collaborate with our education client to craft clear, concise, and engaging copy for websites, apps, and digital tools, aligning messaging with user journeys. The Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent experience; HS diploma or GED required 3+ years of UX writing or content design for digital platforms Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability Ability to simplify complex concepts into user-friendly language Experience working within brand guidelines while prioritizing user needs Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams Strong portfolio of work Education or technology experience preferred Experience with brand guidelines and formatting standards Experience freelancing is a plus This contract role pays $40-$60/hour DOE.
