PRN Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in McGregor, Iowa.

Job Description & Requirements

Duties : 

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Perform triage in emergency situations to prioritize patient care.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Assist in laboratory procedurses, specimen collection processing, and medical imaging as needed.
• Offer specialized care in areas such as dementia care and geriatrics. 

Skills : 

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail in patient documentation and care processes. 

looking for a Monday through Friday 3 pm-11 pm RN and a weekend RN Saturday and Sunday 5 am- 130 pm.
