• Contract Duration: 4 weeks\n
• Hours per Week: 36 hours\n
• Shift: 3 x 12-hour night shifts (7:00 pm – 7:30 am), every other weekend; variable shifts may be required\n
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1910 - $1960\n
• On-Site Nursing Position \n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maine\n
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU or Critical Care nursing experience\n
• Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend\n
• Influenza vaccination required per Maine healthcare mandate\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills\n

\n\nICU Nurse Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU and CCU\n
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment\n
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans\n
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed\n
• Provide support and education to patients and their families\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies\n
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols\n
