\n Tell us about the unit(s):\nNumber of Beds – 23\nNumber of Staff – 19 RNs\nType of staff:\nDay Shift – 1 Clinical Coordinator 5 staff RNs 2 PCTs when census is full\nNight Shift – 1 Clinical Coordinator 5 staff RNs 2 PCTs when census is full\nPatient Ratios – 4:1/5:1\nType of equipment – Feeding pumps, peg tubes, IVs, central lines, drains, EKGs\nEMR – Meditech\n\nMust have: \nStrong sense of Teamwork\nCompassion and Patience\n \nPreferred or nice to have: \nStrong Communication Skills\nNeuro Assessment Skills\n \nList typical procedures performed on unit(s): \n Assist Neurologist with bedside LPs\n Central Line Dressing Changes, Tube Feedings, Wound Care\n\nREQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:\nBLS & ACLS\n\nFloating Area(s):\nMed Surg\nMedical Solutions Job ID #962169.
