Job Details:

\n

• Work 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
\n• 36 guaranteed hours per week over 13-week contract
\n• No floating requirements between units
\n• On-call rotation 5-9 days per month as primary scrub or second scrub
\n• Weekend and holiday rotation required
\n• Work in 5 operating rooms and 1 minor procedure room
\n• Serve patients of all ages
\n• Perform general surgery, general robotics, total joints with and without Mako Robot (Zimmer, Stryker, some Smith & Nephew), podiatry, and spine procedures
\n• Function as primary scrub when needed
\n• Use EPIC charting system
\n• Must have strong assessment and critical thinking skills
\n• Required certifications: CST FA program with certification and BLS
\n• Minimum 1-2 years of experience required
\n• Associate degree or certificate required
\n• Scrubs provided by facility
\n• Must be hard-working, resilient, manage change well, and have strong social skills

The surgical department handles a diverse range of procedures from general surgery to specialized orthopedic and spine cases, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and robotics for optimal patient outcomes.
