Reno Staffing is looking for TEMPORARY package handlers for a logistics company in the North Valleys area!

Active warehouse position available. Responsibilities include sorting packages, loading/unloading trailers, and working as part of a fast-paced team.

Shift: Scheduled workdays may vary. Sign up for your preferred shifts!

Summary:

As a Warehouse Worker / Package Handler, you play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. We count on you to bring energy, reliability, and teamwork to every shift. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, active environment—this is the job for you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned.

• Be Safe! Safety is our first core value and must be prioritized in every task

• Load and unload trailers efficiently

• Sort packages accurately by code

• Load and unload delivery trucks

• Be a team player—everyone works together to get the job done

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Follow instructions from supervisors and adapt to changing priorities

• Perform tasks while standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift

At the discretion of your lead or supervisor, you could be required to perform additional job related activities not specifically outlined above.

Competency:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Comfortable staying on your feet throughout the shift—ideal for those who enjoy staying active

• Dependable, flexible, and reliable work ethic

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and consistently

• Willingness to work in varying warehouse temperatures, from hot summers to cold winters

• Use of gloves and work boots is recommended for safety and comfort.
