We are looking for a Telecom Voice Engineer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced telecom and voice systems, ensuring seamless communication across organizational platforms. Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Active Directory services to ensure optimal system performance.

• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server environments.

• Implement and maintain Azure Active Directory solutions to support secure cloud-based operations.

• Administer Citrix technologies to optimize virtual desktop and application delivery.

• Collaborate with teams to manage Microsoft Exchange systems for reliable email and messaging services.

• Monitor telecom voice systems for performance and reliability, addressing issues proactively.

• Develop and document technical processes and procedures for system management.

• Provide technical support and guidance to resolve complex system issues.

• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to improve functionality and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices across all systems.

• Proficiency in configuring and managing Active Directory environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory for cloud-based systems.
• Familiarity with Citrix technologies for virtual desktop and application solutions.
• Expertise in managing Microsoft Exchange email systems.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues in telecom voice systems.
