This role offers hands-on training and mentorship, allowing you to learn technical sales in a structured environment while supporting an experienced sales team. What We’re Looking For Based along the I-75 corridor (Toledo → Middletown) with ability to travel locally Comfortable meeting customers in a plant environment No technical degree required — training provided Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn Valid driver’s license Responsibilities Work alongside experienced sales staff to learn the full sales cycle Make in-plant visits and build customer relationships Assist with quotes, proposals, and follow-up activities Learn product applications in hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation Track opportunities and maintain CRM records Compensation $40K-$55K base plus commission, expense coverage, car allowance, and benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Contract Professionals, Inc.
