Targeting Officer - HUMINT Targeter at Cadre summary:

The Targeting Officer - HUMINT Targeter conducts research and analysis on foreign networks to identify intelligence collection gaps and develop strategies to address them. This role requires collaboration across the Intelligence Community to support counterintelligence, threat assessment, and regional security missions. The position demands extensive experience in HUMINT operations, security clearance, and strong communication skills to effectively contribute to national security objectives.

This Targeting Officer position is located in Northern Virginia with flexible core hours.
Key Role: Serve as a specialized Targeting Officer conducting research and analysis on foreign networks to assess intelligence collection and intelligence gaps. Develop Targeting strategies to close intelligence gaps through collaboration with elements within the organization and across the Intelligence Community. Develop expertise in the client's functional missions, including threats, proliferation, narcotics, or counterintelligence and regional expertise.
Basic Qualifications:

• TS/SCI clearance with a current full scope polygraph
• 6+ years of experience in the Intelligence Community
• BA or BS degree (or additional 4 years experience in lieu of degree)
• Experience in full-cycle HUMINT operations and reporting
• Knowledge of various collection methods used to close intelligence gaps and accomplish strategic and operational objectives
• Ability to collaborate across various elements within the organization and across the Intelligence Community
• Knowledge of all-source intelligence, SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, or HUMINT collection or analysis
• Knowledge of counter threats, counterintelligence, counter proliferation, or regional affairs
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and equivalent IC software tools
