Why We Need Your Talents: This position is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and execution of the Casino marketing plans. The position will also be responsible for the performance of branded marketing programs, communications, public relations, advertising, direct marketing strategy, events, promotions, and player development; ensuring the Casino’s continued growth and success as the premier gaming destination. This role also involves creating and implementing short-term and long-range strategic marketing goals and change management activities. Compensation Min: USD $198,000.00/Yr. Max: USD $240,750.00/Yr. Responsibilities Develop and manage marketing plans for Live! Casino and Hotel. Lead and adjust marketing strategies to meet casino goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies and processes across departments. Lead the growth and development of the marketing team. Implement and develop branded marketing and player programs. Manage the marketing department budget. Establish the casino as a community leader through PR and communications. Develop cooperative marketing efforts with local partners. Train staff, conduct interviews, and perform performance evaluations. Analyze marketing issues and develop strategic responses. Experience in high-volume casino or entertainment/hospitality industries. Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills. Financial and budgeting expertise. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Data analytics experience in marketing. Qualifications Ability to obtain and maintain a Maryland gaming license and Alcohol Beverage Control card. Bachelor’s Degree in Business-related field; advanced degree preferred. At least 10 years in consumer marketing in high-volume hospitality environments. Minimum 5 years in a senior marketing executive role at a large casino or resort.
