C.W. Matthews is hiring an experienced Survey Party Chief to lead field layouts for DOT projects across Georgia.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform all field layouts and stake survey points.
• Verify data accuracy and maintain detailed survey records.
• Operate GPS, Robotic Total Stations, and data collectors.
• Interpret blueprints and calculate grade data (bluetooths, slope stakes, drainage, walls, bridges).
• Coordinate with project supervisors and oversee crew safety.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency with GPS, Total Stations, and survey software (Topcon preferred).
• Strong ability to read blueprints and calculate grade data.
• Outdoor, hands-on leader with strong communication skills.
