Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for our global health care products client working onsite in Flemington, NJ.

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Pay: $25.00/hr. to $26.00/hr. (Based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Days

Location: Flemington, NJ 08822 (Onsite)

Contract Duration: 1-year contract, possible extension

Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing supply chain functions in MRP planning system and various reporting and analytics tools in Power BI
• Participating in SC Weekly reviews, where you will give updates regarding output vs forecast, production schedules, capacity and material constraints, backorder recovery timelines, customer due date accuracy (CDDA), and successes and areas for improvement.
• Working closely with the manufacturing team and value stream leadership to determine how best to resolve supply constraints to balance service, inventory, and cost to meet business targets.
• Analyzing demand requirements and planning, scheduling, and monitoring work center output to meet customer requirements and improve work center operational efficiency.
• Knowing, understanding, and improving key metrics like Backorders, Lead Time Adherence, OTIF, Inventory, etc.
• Actively manage working and non-working inventories in assigned businesses to maintain compliance and achieve inventory investment targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience and/or recent degree in supply chain management
• Strong analytical skills, able to perform data analysis within Microsoft Applications
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Previous SAP experience
• Bachelor’s degree
