Stand-Up/Reach Forklift Operator

Job Description

The Forklift Operator plays a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and productivity within our organization. This position demands a high level of responsibility and attention to detail.

Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM, You will normally work this shift, however may need to work on Fridays based on company needs.

• Operate under the direct supervision of the Department Supervisor, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Assume responsibility for assigning and directing workers in accordance with stringent production volume requirements, cost constraints, and quality standards.
• Ensure the timely achievement of production goals and adherence to critical delivery schedules.
• Maintain a constant focus on operational excellence, prioritizing efficiency and accuracy in all tasks.
• Demonstrate unwavering commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to address and resolve any production-related issues promptly.
• Continuously monitor and report on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of the role.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior Forklift experience - Minimum of 3 years
